The old priest's house. A wooden house lasts about 30 years here. The balcony over the church, in the background, is my favourite room in the new quarters, especially in the breeze.

The Main Road through the town looking in the direction of Juina City. The picture shows the muck and all its glory, including the petrol tanker having to reverse into the station, as it failed in its first attempt to drive in.
The Main Road through the town looking in the direction of Juruena, my last parish. When ever it is tarred it will be a dual carriageway. But at he moment we drive on what ever side takes our fancy or has less muck.
